The future of any nation is largely related to the  quality of  it's human beings. It is an  essential  for the development of the youth into confident leaders requisite character quality and personal attributes, so that they can take their place as responsible citizens of the country, assume great importance. 

To achieve this objective the youth needs to be exposed , beside the academics , to such activities which help them in developing their personality and character and in turn-making them a good leader. 

NCC AIM 

The National Cadet corps (NCC) aims to develop qualities of leadership , character,  discipline and a sprit of adventure among the youth in India. It also steives to creat a pool of organized,  trained and motivated youth with a sense of comitment to the nation. 

Ncc organization 

The National cadet corps ( NCC)  in India is organized into army, navi and airforce wings.  Each wings is further divided into directorates at the state level, group headquarter and unit level. 

The organizational structure facilities the training and development of cadets in various aspects, including leadership, social service and national defense. 

Associate NCC Officer

An  Associate NCC OFFICER (ANO ) is  an officer appointed from educational institutions to assist in the functioniny and training activities of the national cadet corps. 

anos play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring Ncc cadets,  helping them in their overall development and participating  in ncc programs and events. 

Ncc selection process 

NCC selection process is typically involves ragistretion, written exam, interview and physical fitness assessment. 

Training period 

The National cadet corps (NCC)  training period varies based on the level of involvement and the specific program. It typically includes regular drill, physical training and theoretical sessions. 

Training durations can range from a few weeks to several months,  depending on the type of  course or camp you are participating in. 

Ncc certificate 

Ncc certificate are awarded upon successful completion of ncc training programs. There are various certificats such as " A" , "B " and "C" certificats,  each signifing a different level of proficiency and commitment within ncc. 

The " C " certificate is the highest and often required for certain benefits like job opportunity in the defence sector.
